With four decades of diverse industry experience, Uday Punj founded Chimes Group and Chimes Aviation Academy (CAA) for meaningful value creation in India. He also leads Petro IT in the global energy sector. An alumnus of Modern School and SRCC and having attended executive programs at Wharton, Chicago GSB, and HBS, Uday is a well-rounded leader who enjoys exploring new places and delving into books.

Rahul Khare, a seasoned advocate since 1983, specialises in Direct Taxes and contributes to education and healthcare as a trustee of the Society for Applied Studies, a SIRO-approved organisation by the Ministry of Science & Technology, Govt of India, and the Medanta Institute of Education & Research. Rahul's passion for the law matches his love for driving and exploring India's rich tapestry of historical landmarks.
Rahul Khare, a seasoned advocate since 1983, specialises in Direct Taxes and contributes to education and healthcare as a trustee of the Society for Applied Studies, a SIRO-approved organisation by the Ministry of Science & Technology, Govt of India, and the Medanta Institute of Education & Research. Rahul's passion for the law matches his love for driving and exploring India's rich tapestry of historical landmarks.
With a career spanning over two decades, Rahul Sharma has built an exceptional profile in the financial services sector, starting with the State Bank of India to a Senior Partner at Executive Access in Hong Kong. He has various board and advisory roles across aviation, healthcare, and retail. A Modern School and Hindu College, Delhi University alumnus, he's also a professional cricketer, having played for Delhi and captained Hong Kong. Rahul is fluent in multiple languages and enjoys golf and reading.

Chimes Aviation Academy (CAA), established in Dhana, Madhya Pradesh, in 2008 and approved by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), has emerged as India's premier Flying Training Organisation. Over 15 years, CAA has trained over 400 pilots from across India and internationally and expanded operations to three bases: Dhana, Neemuch, and Shivpuri. CAA's esteemed partnership in the Cadet Pilot Program (CPP) further accentuates CAA's commitment to top-tier Aviation Training, all under the umbrella of the Chimes Group.
