This full-time course is designed for CPL holders to prepare cadets to become flying instructors. The program covers flying training and theoretical sessions on instructional techniques, effective communication, the human aspects of flying training, and the art of delivering engaging lectures and briefings.
Our course not only equips cadets with the hard and soft skills needed to be effective teachers but also prepares them for the DGCA examinations necessary to secure the Assistant Flight Instructor Rating / Flight Instructor Rating. With a blend of practical training and theoretical knowledge, we empower future Flying Instructors to excel in their roles.
The Program is divided into three phases
All three phases follow DGCA syllabus requirements.
Eligibility
Minimum 18 years or above
Class I Medical (Indian)
Valid CPL or CPL (IR)
Minimum Aviation English Language Proficiency- Level 4
